Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unactivated, undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your request is accepted, we’ll provide you with the return address, a shipping label, and instructions.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs

If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase.
European Union Orders
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason.
The item must still meet the same conditions: unused, unactivated, undamaged, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund was approved.
